EPA is co-led by Caitlin Cosgrove and Tyler Hatch—two experienced strategists who’ve spent decades helping nonprofits and funders navigate growth, change, and complex campaigns. Their work is grounded in lived experience, personal commitment, and a shared belief in the power of thoughtful partnership.

Caitlin Cosgrove

Co-Founder & Partner

Caitlin Cosgrove is a seasoned strategist with over 18 years of experience guiding nonprofits and funders through major inflection points. She has secured seven- and eight-figure investments for global efforts in climate, conservation, economic justice, and progressive policy reform, and advised funders on designing effective, impact-driven giving strategies.

Caitlin brings particular expertise in helping organizations build infrastructure to scale, including donor collaboratives, pooled funds, and cross-sector philanthropic campaigns. She has overseen complex fundraising campaigns, built structures for emerging funds, and created engagement systems for for long-term growth. ​Caitlin is based in Washington, DC.

Tyler Hatch

Co-Founder & Partner

Tyler Hatch is a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth donors, pooled funds, and global social change leaders. With over 16 years of experience, Tyler has led nine-figure capital campaigns and supported the development of major philanthropic collaboratives in areas including democracy, human rights, universal basic income, and LGBTQIA+ justice.

He brings deep expertise in collaborative fund design, principal gift strategy, and donor community building. Tyler has helped launch and scale pooled funds, strengthen governance and decision-making structures, and build systems and protocols to deliver white-glove donor stewardship and engagement. ​Tyler is based in West Hollywood, California.
